I purchased this to use in my International Cuisine class with my students. We made Ube ice cream.

Love that this large size bottle is available. I don't have to worry about running out if I'm making a bunch of cakes or pastillas. Also like the thick consistency – I don't have to worry about my mixture getting too runny.

I have tried different brand of ube flavouring but only ube magic gives you the authentic ube scent and taste that I am looking for. The result is like the dessert I’ve tried in the Philippines.
